The Best Western Hotel and Casino Kamuk is the home of the only meeting room available in Quepos. Our newly constructed conference room is fully equipped with state of the art audio/visual equipment and is able to host meetings or group functions for up to 80 people (theatre style). Our friendly and helpful bilingual staff are on hand to ensure that your event runs smoothly and that all your needs are met. Conference room rental costs run $60 per day, $50 per each additional day, or $40 per hour. Catering services are offered to those who request in advance. Discounts are offered to hotel guests and group bookings.
